TEST How to submit an application for financial aid
Applications can be submitted via the eSubventions portal. The FOGE will review your application and notify you in writing of its decision.
Applications for financial aid for projects must be submitted no later than 31 January and 31 August.
Applications for financial aid for preliminary projects may be submitted at any time.
Registration on the eSubventions portal
To submit an application, you must first register on the eSubventions portal. Be sure to register well in advance! You will find instructions and help under the heading ‘Help and Contact’.
Submitting a request for financial aid
Information on the procedure for submitting a request via the eSubventions portal is available in the document ‘eSubventions Guide’.
Review of the application and decision
The FOGE will review your application; for projects, you will receive a decision within four months. For preliminary proposals, you will receive a decision within six weeks. During the evaluation process, the FOGE may consult other experts and request additional information from you.
