Logib certified "EPIC Good Practice" for the third time
Logib pay system has been certified as "EPIC Good Practice" by the Equal Pay International Coalition (EPIC), which brings together the ILO, UN Women and the OECD. This feature of Logib allows companies and organizations to create a simple, function-based, and gender-neutral pay system.
The "EPIC Good Practice" label guarantees, among other things, that the tool is easy to use, scientifically sound, legally compliant, and free of charge. This recognition highlights Logib's effectiveness in helping companies establish transparent and systematic pay practices.
Both Logib Module 1 and 2 have been certified in 2020 and 2021, respectively.
