Adjustments to Logib
Adjustment to Logib Module 1
Since 11 December 2024 Logib Module 1 has been able to take detailed account of the structure of certain companies or organisations with complex and numerous functions. The «level of requirements» variable has therefore been extended to a maximum of 8 levels. Instructions can be downloaded directly from the tool, and a helpline is available if you have any questions.
In January 2024, various adjustments were implemented in Logib Module 1. These essentially include the following:
- The threshold value for procurement (previously «tolerance threshold") is renamed "limit value» and remains unchanged at 5 %.
- For equal pay analyses with Logib outside the context of public procurement, an optional target value of 2.5 % will now be issued.
- The threshold value (limit value and target value) is no longer combined with a second significance test.

Adjustment to Logib Module 2:
In January 2024, various adjustments were implemented in Logib Module 2. These essentially include the following:
- A new robustness measurement was introduced. The robustness measurement indicates the lowest value that the total score assumes if one individual is not taken into account.
- A limit value is displayed: The limit value in Logib Module 2 is exceeded if both the total score and the robustness measurement are above the value 5.
