By mid-2026, 194 authorities (Confederation, cantons and communes) and 121 state-associated organisations had signed the Charter.
Below is a list of all the signatories to the Charter for equal pay in the public and state-associated sectors.
The Logib designation
The signatories to the Charter for equal pay serve as role models. The voluntary Logib designation allows them to highlight their commitment to equal pay.
The Logib designation (shown in the list as a silver or gold trophy) is based on a voluntary self-declaration submitted by the signatories of the Charter for Equal Pay to the Federal Office for Gender Equality (FOGE). The reported results are not verified by FOGE.
The absence of a Logib designation for a signatory organisation does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the result of its equal pay analysis. It does not mean that the organisation has not carried out an analysis or that it has exceeded a threshold.
A gold trophy indicates that, according to the Logib analysis, the unexplained pay difference is no more than 2.5% (module 1) or 2.5 points (module 2).
A silver trophy indicates that the unexplained pay difference is no more than 5% (module 1) or 5 points (module 2).
Who can sign the Charter for equal pay and how?
The Charter can be signed by authorities at all federal levels and by state-associated organisations that want to strengthen their commitment to professional equality and demonstrate this to their staff and the public.
