In recent years, the Confederation, cantons, communes and state-associated organisations that have signed the Charter have demonstrated their commitment to equality by launching numerous inspirational projects. These cover the issues of equal pay, work-life balance, employment levels, awareness-raising, data collection, mentoring and recruitment.

Obtain financial aid for your project
The Federal Office for Gender Equality (FOGE) offers financial aid to promote innovative projects in the areas of gender equality in the workplace. Applications for financial aid can be made by public and private non-profit organisations. The submission dates for applications are 31 January and 31 August each year.
