What is Logib Module 2?
Logib is a webtool that conforms to the latest application and data protection requirements. It is scientifically sound, conforms to legal requirements and has received the EPIC Good Practice Label from the Equal Pay International Coalition (OECD, ILO, and UN Women).
How is Logib used?
After calling up the Logib webtool at www.logib.admin.ch and selecting the module, Logib guides users through the equal pay analysis in seven steps. Instructions and answers to frequently asked questions make it easy to use.
How long does it take to use?
Including data preparation, the equal pay analysis requires around a half to a full day. This time can be halved for subsequent analyses. Once your data has been imported into Logib, it takes just a few minutes for it to be evaluated.
Who can use Logib?
Logib is aimed at all employers wishing to review their pay practice with the aim of ensuring equal pay for both genders. Logib Module 2 is particularly suitable for smaller organisations and companies with 2 to 49 employees.
What results do I get?
Alongside the actual result of the equal pay analysis, users receive further interesting figures and charts that provide information about their pay practice.
